South Perth House

The South Perth House sits on a podium of natural limestone, sleeping areas step slowly with the sloping site. Living spaces and recreational spaces remain on one level, a large platform that contains the pool. A subtle ramp creates the feeling of moving in to the earth and below the pool water level. A sequence of courtyards provide outlook, natural light and intimacy. The adjacent property is landscaped and integrated to the house platform providing large recreational spaces, shade and a source of food for the family.
